Remove Any Master Bus Processing
Remove any plugins you can from your master channel on your song before sending it to eMastered. These plugins will compete with our engine, and give you a worse sounding result.
Leave Headroom
If your track is too loud the mastering engine won't have much to work with. Make sure the file you upload is -3 to -6 dB at its loudest point before sending it to eMastered.
Upload Unmastered File
Make sure the file you upload hasn't already been mastered. If it has the engine won't be able to master it correctly, so always use an unmastered version of your song when uploading it.
